Closed for renovations is what we're told. Sure they are. We ask if we can come to the 109st location with ... our Groupon - our request is declined and its suggested we get our money back from Groupon. Will do! Disappointed! Drove all the way from the south a couple days ago just to go to the west side location and found out it is closed due to renovations! I don't see information listed anywhere online or on their website, and I have a groupon expiring soon. Now I need ... to contact groupon and ask for my money back. Read more

Eat here only if you are desperate. My wife and I came here after getting a deal on Groupon. The place was quiet when we arrived a Friday evening. There were two tables seated before us, and we were seated promptly. And this is where it all starts downhill. The ... server asked us for our drinks order before we were even seated but guess what, they were out of beer. What kind of restaurant runs out of beer... especially when there are tent cards on each table advertising their beer special? Then it took the server ten minutes to take our order because she was busy texting behind the bar. When the appetizer was brought to the table, she didn't bring any utensils, napkins or anything to eat with. Then she informed us that the restaurant was out of rice. Out of two side dishes available, they managed to run out of half of their selections. Once our entrees arrived, the burger was disappointing - the lettuce was yellow and wilted, the buns were burnt and the kebabs were extremely dry and overcooked. The service is excellent and the food came hot and promptly. This is an expansion from the popular Southside location. Portions are large and we couldn't even finish what we had. Very bad experience, i would not recommend it to anyone!!! It took an hour to get our main course and when it came it definately was not worth the wait.
