KFC - Edmonton, Alberta

I wanted to share my recent experience at your location, which was extremely disappointing. I came in to order an 18-piece chicken, large fries, and large gravy, but had to wait 35 minutes with no apology for the delay. The fries looked super greasy, wilted, and old. I immediately requested ... new fries, and while they didn't question me, it was clear they knew the fries were substandard from the start. When I got home, the gravy was runny and not thick, and some chicken pieces tasted burnt. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I completed a review as per the receipt and requested a call back regarding my experience, but I have yet to hear from anyone. Additionally, I paid for a paper bag, but my order was given in a super greasy clear plastic bag. When I asked for a paper bag instead, I was told they ran out. I was surprised to receive a plastic bag at all, considering the plastic bag ban in the city of Edmonton. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made. Read more

This side of town is pretty sketchy so I tried not to stay long, but the food was good! The service was relatively quick and to the point. They have kiosks for you to order easier if you prefer. Me and my wife went here for a quick take out order. We ordered 2 zinger sandwich combos. It took us 30 minutes to get our order considering we were the only customers and no line-up at all. We got our fries unseasoned and cold and the ... soda dispenser didn’t have any ice at all! We asked for napkins as well and the person who handed our order to us told us that they were out of napkins as well. I guess they were expecting us to wipe our mouth with the paper bag that we got. This store is being managed below KFC standards and needs an urgent company audit. When a store is out of basic things like napkins and ice, I strongly believe that there is something wrong. The worst staff ever. Imagine to serve chicken with feathers. 10 minutes for only 10 hot wings is too long. The service is horrible lady takes my order and talked to someone on the headphones at the same time, she can’t understood what I’m saying and really didn’t even try. ... The place looks new but so dirty. Perfect example how someone has money to open a business but have no idea how to manage it. Never again Read more

I don't like to give bad reviews but I have never had a poutine that was so bad the gravy was solid I don't even know how you would screw that up I tried to stir It slightly to see if it was liquid underneath but nope. The sandwich was also ... graying / changing colors due to likely being in the warmer way to long and they had 15 minutes to prep a fresh one likely won't return to this KFC for a few months at least horrible quality this time.
