Service is always great here. A little bit over priced for what you get. Food is pretty good. Enjoy it everytime I come here on occasion. Worth checking out if you have never been. Very delicious unlimited biscuits.
It's just ok for the price you're paying. 65 dollar dinner for 2 special on Thursday. 3 dollar extra for premium starter (bacon wrapped scallops). Two scallops on the skewer were small, two a bit bigger. The shrimps are much smaller than last time we came. Petite lobster tails were ... enough for maybe 4 bites of food? If there weren't unlimited biscuits, there's no way I would be full after with those portions. For the price you're paying, it's not really worth it. The cake was good but super sweet. Read more
Me and my family came here for a birthday dinner, there was 5 people in total. The service was a little lacklustre, we sat for more than 15 minutes before we were given any biscuits and our server actually said they forgot to bring them after we were waiting for so ... long. When we finally got our biscuits our dinner arrived 5 minutes later so there wasn’t very much time to enjoy them or ask for anymore than the 2 baskets that were brought out for the 5 of us. They forget 2 of the sides we ordered and after we were finally able to flag down the server he didn’t even remember which side it was and tried to serve us the wrong side (fries instead of the lobster mash) I’d also like to point out that this was around 3/4pm so definitely not busy at all and definitely no reason for the not great service. The food was good, though the portions have definitely gotten smaller from a few years ago. Two of us got the unlimited shrimp. The server kept bringing out random shrimp dishes that we didn’t ask for and made us feel as though we couldn’t order what types we actually wanted to because of the fact that the shrimp being brought the table already would have gotten wasted. Overall it was an okay experience but I don’t think I personally will come back very soon. The prices are higher and the portions are less than they used to be so for me it’s not very worth it. Came into this location today had a great experience. Our server Ghena was fantastic she was very welcoming and her service was excellent. Food was absolutely 10/10 me and the family enjoyed our visit today. Over all 5 star rating
We visited Red Lobster for the first time tonight to celebrate our 17th anniversary. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. During the hour we were there, the service was disappointing. We were only asked once about our drinks. While the food was generally excellent, the crab in the Ultimate ... Feast was almost meatless. The shrimp cakes were soggy, though the mushroom caps were amazing and the best part of the meal. The lobster tail, however, was rubbery and quite disappointing. At the end of the meal, when it came time to pay the $153.50 bill, I tipped the waitress $15.00 based on her performance. Her reaction to the tip was a dirty look and an "OKAY!"—no thank you or acknowledgment. For future reference, when you see empty drinks, please offer refills. Also, it's best not to ask how the food is when we've just received our plates and are taking our first bites. Overall, we won’t be returning to this location. We may try another one someday, but this experience has left a negative impression. Thank you. Read more
