Subway - Edmonton, Alberta

Had a hair in my subway after i took a bite was like um, and well have tried and tried to give this subway a chance, as I LOVE SUBWAY, and have believed in their eat fresh, and Fast and Friendly service which you will not receive at this store, ... gloomy staff that don't seem to want to be there, and they talk in a different language when you ask for extra, as if to make fun of you. Then to order on line, well you get what we give you, even when you ask for all the veggies. Will never return to this store again, will drive up to the one on 97th 130 something to get a better sub and way better service both sandwhich and customer service wise. $10. - $12 for a sub. This subway used to be great, but they changed the staff in the past year and now it feels like they're constantly wrecking our order a bit. The ingredients aren't the freshest either sometimes.

I'm a regular because I'm within walking distance. And am constantly disappointed and down right frustrated. Worst subway ever. Always close early. Like 30min early if not more. Staff is never pleasant. ( I get the area is not ideal, but at least smile once in a while) They only had one type ... of bread one evening, went back the next morning still only the same bread. Ordered a footlong with "lots" of tomatoes. They put four on. I had to ask for more three separate times. Bear in mind that all I had on the sub was some chicken, cheese, a bit of lettuce, and the tomatoes. I ended up with six tomatoes in total for ... the entire thing. They were almost out of salt and pepper, so I barely got any of that, too. Also, they just threw the meat and cheese onto the bread and stuck it into the toaster without asking if I wanted it toasted, (which I didn't) so I ended up with dry, crusty bread that hurt the inside of my mouth! Good experience overall!! I was just passing the 118 ave and felt hungry so i looked up on internet for subway and found this one which is the only one there. First up when read the reviews i was kind of confuse for going there but i just gave ... it a shot. My experience was very good here, the staff was friendly and fast, the sandwich was prepared very good and just as i wanted, they also had discounts for me. I asked the cashier about the other reviews and it turns out that they knew about it and trying to change things around. i truly felt that with new managment, their service has improved.
