I just want to order a pizza!! The online order system was NOT user friendly then asks for ‘payment information’ when I want to use a debit card. I have no ‘Name on Card’ for my debit card and I don’t want to pay $30.00 on my credit card ... for a pizza. Just give the discount when people order on the phone or don’t bother. I ordered three large pizzas, two of them were completely wrong. They had sweetsauce, pepperoni and tomatoes on both when I never ordered it. I phoned and was told I would have credit on my file when I ordered again. I phoned, and they told me tough luck, there's nothing on ... my account. Avoid this location like the plauge. As evidenced by all the reviews including mine, they will mess your order up and never resolve the issue. Read more

I ordered in advance online before past 2 pm, i wanted delivery be 4:30 pm ( it was a choice online) the pizza came almost 4:50pm. The guy delivered it blaming me because the order came to their branch instead of a nearby branch, i told him I ordered on ... the nearby branch the app. The branch even called me to verify my order! This was the worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant, I ordered online with skip the dishes when it showed up I pulled a piece out and and realized the slices were all mixed up, I ordered half donair and half ham and pineapple as you can see ... in the picture they are all mixed up and was dropped and put back in which is gross to say the least. I then looked closer and their is literally no sauce or cheese on the pizza and what meat there is I wouldn't feed to my dog. AND WHAT IS THAT ROUND, HARD BLOOB IN THE UPPER PART OF THE PIZZA DISCUSTING? Looks like the core of a pineapple probally lodged in when it was dropped. I called the manager and all he could respond was I didn't purchase it from them call skip the dishes, interesting part is if Skip dropped it round how did the round white piece of something get in there.
