The quality of food that there serving is very nice, the staffs are friendly, most specially the asian guy who works in the frying station, he is funny and very approachable.

Really love this place but just be careful they will mess up your order.. asked for a poutine without sour cream and they put some and I ask for onions in my hotdog and they didn't.. a little disappointed because that's not what I asked for but for the taste I ... really enjoy it. Read more

I’m all for quick customer service, however, I do not appreciate somebody yelling the order in my face. And when I mentioned that I have a migraine and don’t appreciate her yelling in my face, she rolls her eyes, laughs about it And does it again.

I was legitimately surprised at the amount of gravy I received. Typically NYF and other places are chincey on the gravy and sauces. Not here! I could cover ever fry with gravy, not just the top! The pouting was hot and fresh as well. Also love the plastic forks, wooden ones are ... incredibly hard to eat from. I didn't like the paper Straws, biodegradable ones are so much better! Read more
