Ordered a burrito via their app because they had a promotion going on for a small free burrito. When I went to go pick it up, the guy accused me of using the promotion before and said "how many times are you going to use this promotion" out loud in ... the restaurant. Definitely my fave place to get burritos :) The workers are so kind and they always greet me whenever I come in. Not once have I had a bad experience and I would definitely recommend this location because their service is exceptional! A few days ago I woke up craving ... Mucho but there was only 7 minutes left till closing and I hate to be that person who comes right before closing so I made sure to ask if it was okay before I came as I was a minute away anyways and they told me yes. I was again greeted very kindly like I always am and the person working at the time was Aman, he told me that he would still serve me even if I had came at exactly 10 and I was so shocked to hear that. Most places stop serving customers 15 minutes before closing time which is understandable but I definitely have to say that it was the first time I’d ever heard that! The hospitality this location has shown me countless times is very impressive, my friends and family come here all the time and they’ve all had such great experiences as well. Plus they always make my burritos super spicy just as I like it, I’ve visited many different burrito places and they never seem to make it as spicy as I want it. I can't believe I paid $15 for an ALL RICE burrito!!! I even paid extra $2 to make it steak but actually, the steak they put was not EVEN more than 10pcs! Yes, I am not exaggerating!!!! We tried this location for the first time and served by Vinay, he was very friendly and helpful at explaining the menu and options. The food tasted great and the portions were generous too. Today was the final straw for me with this location. I ordered pickup so I didn’t see it being made. I ordered 3 meals, each had by far and away the smallest meat and cheese portion I’ve ever seen. A delicate sprinkle of each at best. Not good value as ... compared to other locations. None of us were full afterward unlike usual. I’ll go out of my way to go to another branch in future. This isn’t the first time this one has let me down. Funny enough they tell everyone who leaves a negative review to email them and when you do you get a bounce back saying no such email exists.
