Portion size was laughable. So much for a 15$ mucho burrito. Gave me exactly three strings of shredded cheese - had to ask for extra. Gave me a tiny scoop of pico - had to ask for extra. I tried to call to order take out. I was told no. I called back and was told no and to use skip the dishes. I do not want to pay for skip, thank you. Called back for the manager's phone number and was given a fake number. I work close ... by and am a big fan of the franchise. This store will not be getting my business again. Read more

They had a sign out for their 10$ small burrito and a canned drink, and when I went inside and tried to order, I was told that "we meant to take those down, and we won't honor it". I asked, but don't you have too if your sign is up? ... And was told again that they would not honor it. Go anywhere else. Read more

Disclaimer: Ordered off Skip When my food arrived it was cold. Like cold cold. I don't know if it was because it was made right away and then sat there waiting for Skip to pick it up...or more likely because they put the ice cold pop in the same bag as ... the burrito. I understand putting the two in the same bag ensures the pop doesn't get missed...but I would've rather risked not getting a pop VS having a burrito that was so cold I couldn't finish. Since it is wrapped in foil I couldn't even put it in the microwave to warm up. Very disappointed and will not order from this location again. Read more

More and more of a disappointment when I go to this location. Everyone seems like they hate their job there for one. They don't do half and half there anymore. They dont have other options instead of rice anymore. Becoming stingy on there portions. Not ever having enough food made ... for busy times. I could probably go on but you get the point. Read more
