Mucho Burrito - Edmonton, Alberta

The queso, sour cream and salsa are all completely watery. I only have this issue at this location. All other locations I’ve been to haven’t had this issue. They must be watering it down. If only I could post a video, I would show watery the queso is. This is not ... the first time I’ve had this issue. I won’t be returning to this Mucho unless they change whatever it is they’re doing. Portion control is so extreme. They are so stingy compared to other locations. Literally 2 strings of lettuce, less than half of the scoop of meat.

Ordered bowls for take out and they ran out of white rice. The bowls themselves were just OK. I couldn't say I would be back based on this. Topping were missing that I paid extra for. The toppings we did get were small.

The quality of the ingredients kept at a lower standard compared to all the other mucho burritos in the city. also they a very cheap on their meats and put way more rice to fill the burritos and the end result is a cold rice burrito lacking substance. One of ... the best mucho burritos are downtown. The ladies working there are super friendly and give extra meat. Ill literally drive there instead of going here for this reason. Update: I ordered from this location again in hopes of getting a better result and they messed up even worse this time I got an uber eats delivery for two small shrimp burritos and I thought they mixed the meat up and it was steak I called after eating the first burrito and then I started eating the second and nope it was shrimp that was so hard it had the consistency of steak and was discoloured and brown. Ordered a salad and was very pleased with the quantities of everything. Even though I came after 8 p.m., the meat was fresh (pork and beef most popular, the server said, and are made several times a day). Service was excellent and very friendly.
