Excellent food and the young man behind the counter was extremely kind and hospitable. They have a separate section to purchase ice cream and items only found in Eastern Canada mostly newfoundland!5 stars all day!

We weren't at the Mary Brown side. We were on the other side of the building inside it and it is the ice cream. It is just fantastic. Visited this location for the first time on May 31 and it certainly won't be the last! As with all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. The staff here were amazing - so kind, friendly and helpful. The food was as wonderful as I remember - ... gotta get to the gym to work those taters off! Taking advice from some friend's, we decided to check out Mary Brown's chicken. Walking through the front door, the cleanliness of the restaurant was apparent immediately. It was 5:15 PM, and one employee was busy sweeping the main business area. Based on today's experience, customer service appears to be a high ... priority. All the staff were interacted with, were very engaged. Both of us ordered a 2-piece chicken meal, with different side dishes. We were very impressed with the taste of the tender chicken. Now we understand why our friends recommended this location. It was rather unusual, to have a Scoops ice-cream shop connected directly to Mary Brown's.
