As much as I love Grandma Lee's food the experience at this location has completely turned me off! Today I went in and chose the special sandwich with the salad that was advertised on their board for $7.49 (before tax), when I went to pay they said $10.36 and the woman ... stated that I must have read the board wrong, so I paid. When I left after eating the price was clearly smudged away, which the woman who was serving me had gone out and done. That is terrible customer service and I will NOT be returning to this place. A lot of people I know have stated that the pricing is not clear, and this could not be more true! The taller Caucasian woman who served me had a bad attitude, which is not the first time I've experienced it from her. You have just lost a customer!!!! Read more
