Extreme Pita - Edmonton, Alberta

Was here for lunch Feb 19 2019 around 1:15, poor customer service the expression on the girl's face that was working there looked like I was a bother. My pita was to go, she didn't bother to put it in a bag or offer napkins. Also pita was made ... sloppy, broke apart after a few bites. Makes me wonder why is she working there if she isn't happy to be there? I will take my business else where, there are plenty of places to eat in that area. Read more

I have gone here twice in the last week, same lady working both times. She cannot wrap a pita to save her life. Both times I asked her to rewrap it because the wrap was full of rips and the contents falling out, and she told me it will be ... fine once it’s in the paper. Again coming home same thing even after asking for rewrapping. What is the point in spending 12 dollars on a pita that I have to go home and eat with a fork and knife because the wrap isn’t even salvageable. She doesn’t even understand how to wrap tightly with the paper. Sure at the end of the day it’s just food, but when you go for take out you pay for your food to come the way it’s supposed to be. It was really yummy, fresh and clean to eat. The only concern we have is that we had to repeat several times when talking to the lady as she either did not understand us or could not hear us.. but overall she seemed like a nice lady.

Went in there tonight to get a pizza. Their buffalo chicken pizza is amazing, NOT from this location. Ordered the pizza, she asked right away if it was to stay or go, I responded with go. the lady put hot sauce on then put blobs, yes random blobs of ranch ... on it. Didn't even spread any of it around then put the toppings on, didn't really spread those out much either. Then she pulls out plates, so I asked "don't you guys have boxes?" She responds saying they just ran out, well maybe if someone has ordered a pizza to go, you should inform them you don't have boxes! She preceded to put my pizza on a plate with another plate overtop, then tied it up in a bag, I got home to cheese all over the top plate and cold pizza. Thanks for that! I will be eating this again... just never from this location again.... very unimpressed. Read more

The owner was the one that served us and he was very friendly and gave great suggestions of what we might like. He was quite efficient and got us through quickly after we finished our order. Highly recommended if you want to go to extreme pita
