Our entire family was hospitalized with salmonella poisoning after buying groceries from this place. AHS tells us there will be an investigation into them which hopefully results in more than a fine. Until then please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I've been enjoying the freshness and variety of meats and sausages. Plenty of hot items ready to eat. My favorite being the "Bacon" THICK hunks of fatty spiced goodness. They bake plum filled jelly donuts weekly along with several other delicious goods. Pairs well with the amazing espresso coffee! This store reminds me of Poland before 1980: utilitarian but of course way better stocked than how it was when the Russians were still running the show. They have a wide choice of pickled vegetables, dry soups, lots of interesting sausages and cheeses and nice pastries. The store girls we ... met were Polish with limited English, nice and polite. Absolutely AMAZING! I love this place. Everything in that store screams European. The deli is absolutely delicious and all hand made so are the desserts! What a gem of a store. Highly recommend if not for anything else, at least the sausage and deli selection. DELICIOUS!!
