Ice cream is good..but their extras were awful. Peaches were rotten...marshmallows were hard as rocks. And it was expensive 2 small and 1 med cups of ice cream with toppings 32.00. With rotten peaches...not going back

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. My brother who is VERY allergic to peanuts came here with my family for a treat. He got some TF Tart, and had kiwi toppings on top. Note, the kiwi toppings were nowhere NEAR the peanuts. After checking out and ... leaving, he took a bite from it and immediately got an allergic reaction. We rushed him to the hospital. He's not at all allergic to kiwis and he gets tart all the time, so the only other way he could possibly get a reaction is if the spoon used to scoop the toppings was contaminated. This is a TERRIBLE health practice, and could seriously harm someone if they were deathly allergic. Dont say "maybe he shouldn't have gotten toppings if there were peanuts nearby", because nobody should have to not have to limit themselves from something that is the responsibility of the store owners and workers. Was okay. The one thing that always gets me, is the sole fact that you may have to leave because they don't like any flavors.. I don't see any problem with keeping one machine as vanilla and chocolate. Almost left until we tried NSA vanilla. Which was alright. I also miss ... the colorful spoons. Placed opened at 12:15. I'm not sure if there is a new owner but we went last month and did not have a good experience. My spouse and I each got the smaller sized bowl and did our thing and it came to $22 ish with a tip (don't know why we tipped considering ... it's serve yourself but not their fault).Besides the price, we were so turned off by the home made signs they have made. They have so many signs about how if you sample anything without them knowing, you will be charged a fee. If you spill ANY toppings as you load them on yourselves, they will charge you per item spilled. It was just TOO much nonsense and cheapened our experience. We won't be back. I'll go to marble slab for a set fee and as many mix-ins as we want. Read more
