This place is amazing, the desserts are very affordable and delicious very peaceful place to go for a date. the espresso served here is very complimentary to the desserts. They sell homemade Jam and even Carmel popcorn!

French pastries at a reasonable price. It’s a small place but that’s not a problem because the quality is excellent. Love the individual pies and the Maple butter tart. The ambiance is great and the staff is friendly and courteous. This is a hidden gem ... right in the heart of Alberta Ave. You have to visit for the great deserts and coffee. Nice small place hidden in the side street with an assortment of pastries and foods. I ended up getting a random assortment of goods to see what they would be like. Overall it was decent tasting. Delightful little bake shop around the corner... literally! Chicken pie was perfectly flaky and seasoned, while the Chocolate Almond pastry was delicately balanced. You can taste the TLC.

A cozy french inspired bakery located on Alberta Avenue community, a culturally rich and vibrant area of Edmonton. They have quite a selection early in the day but by afternoon your choices are limited. So best to go early if you want an expansive menu. The choices I purchased were all ... very tasty. My mother who is quite a baker herself really enjoyed the almond croissant and the truffles (also my favourites). The white chocolate coconut truffles are reminiscent of Ferrero Raffaello but way better. The almond croissant was the perfect balance of flaky, moist and chewy. I had high hopes for the Flan Normand or pâte brisée but unfortunately i was not a fan (Maybe I was expecting it to be more of a proper pâte brisée) The custard tasted overcooked and that strong egg taste really sticks out , which is unfortunate cause every other element of the flan normand was ok. Its in a fantastic location in front of a Park. I can definitely see myself going back here in warmer weather and trying out the other items on their menu.
