Wow, I used to love your 2nd floor/WEM brançh because they were accommodating. Five minutes ago, your stuff doesn't even talk to costumers. We just told her what flavour we wanted. If you pay for a bag of popcorn you should get a full bag of popcorn, not a 3/4 of a bag. And then when we requested that the bag be filled the explanation was that it is Kernals franchise policy to only fill it 3/4. Hope the $0.05 you saved ... on this so-called policy was worth the review! Read more
