As someone new to Edmonton, I was warmly welcomed by the owner Shamash, who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The main draw for me were the chicken patties, ... and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! They were absolutely delicious - juicy, flavorful & perfectly seasoned! But the amazing service didn't stop there. The owner Shamash surprised me with a complimentary brownie, and it was honestly out of this world! Rich, decadent, super duper yumm! This unexpected treat just solidified my love for this bakery. I can confidently say EMS has earned a loyal customer. I'll definitely be back soon for more of those incredible chicken patties, and of course, to explore the other delectable offerings they have. The cake that we ordered for my sister's birthday came out amazing! It was delicious and beautiful, not too sweet as well :) The service was amazing and the owners are very kind and friendly!

I ordered a black forest from them, it was such a breeze dealing with them, gave a couple of ideas to customize and they also added a personal touch to the cake which my wife absolutely loved. The cake was delicious and everybody loved it. I was actually running late ... to pick up the cake, but they kept it open till I came and collected the cake.
