I purchased a mini box of cinnamon buns. Asked the clerk if they were freshly made the same day. The answer was yes. When came time to eat them at dinner time they were dry and hard. Definitely not made that day. How miss leading.

Lady was very rude, you spend around 7$ for cinnamon roll that has been sitting there for some time and should not be served. I even asked the lady can I please have a fresh one. Couldn’t even eat it, had to throw it out. Not what it used to ... be to be for sure. Read more

Bought 2 pieces of their cinnamon twist and two cinnamon buns, but when I got home,there was no cinnamon twist. Called their store to inform them but no one is answering the call. I was charged $17.80 for two small cinnamon buns. And the counter person does not seem happy ... to serve guest. Read more

Cinzeo isn't what they used to be and I think the finger here can be pointed at the staff. Ordered a regular sized cinnamon bun and a coffee, the coffee was on the fresh side and hot but the bun was old and crusty. The staff was also not welcoming and ... held an overall negative customer facing experience. Forks and Knives: dropped my fork on the ground, went up to ask for another and they charged me .15... mind blown. If you are craving a cinnamon bun I would recommend getting the one from frieson bros, a million times better! Read more

The cinnamon rolls from here were stunningly good and warm from the oven. If you aren’t decided yet then they hand out tasters with the ones that have just finished cooling.
