Olivia created the best looking and most delicious cake we have ever seen. I've been to weddings where the cake looked great, but tasted only OK; that was certainly not the case for our wedding! We received countless compliments on not just the look, but the taste of the cake. ... Olivia was affordable and great to deal with, making sure we had the perfect creations. Our wedding happened to fall on my Brothers birthday(and Oilers vs Panthers game 1), Olivia had the perfect secondary cake for such an occasion. The unique flavour of her buttercream icing brought back nostalgic memories of home-made buttered banana bread in the best possible way. She delivered both cakes on-time and set them up perfectly. We ordered a cake with some accompanying cucakes and everything was scrumptious ! The cake was beautiful and the flavour was banana with chocolate icing between the layers . We ordered our wedding cake through cake couture. There were plenty of flavors for buttercream and cake to choose from for the cake tasting order. They were all tasty, and we went with the vanilla cake and swiss buttercream for our cake. Their buttercream was absolutely divine - perfectly smooth ... and not too sweet. Olivia was very pleasant to work with. She ensured that the cake fit our vision (we drew her a picture and sent some photos but she still called to clarify some small details, which we appreciated). She was also kind enough to deliver and set up the cake at our venue on a Sunday even though she was supposed to be off that day, and we were super grateful. Read more

The service was outstanding from the initial email to the delivery of the cake. The cake itself was a wonder to look at -- cutting into it was ultimately tragic but satisfying once layers of luscious cream and succulent cake were exposed. Hands down one of the best tasting birthday ... cakes I have tried! The variety of flavours to choose from when planning the cake was surprising as well; furthermore, the ability to choose different flavours between the tiers was exhilarating. Got two cakes made for twins birthdays and they did an AMAZING job! one was a chocolate flavor with hazelnut cream and it was fantastic. The other was a vanilla one with strawberry cream and it was also delicious. Would definitely be ordering from them again for my next party.
