Majority of the tables were dirty, garbage on the floor everywhere, I stood at the front of the line for a good couple minutes while they walked back and forth and did not take my order. when I was eventually asked my order it wasn’t up to tims typical standard ... of politeness. I had a bad experience on Jul 2nd 2024, while eating where I see a dead fly in my breakfast (egg and cheese on a biscuit) which is literally wierd and more concern about the service and food.

We were at this location Saturday June 29. We ordered a water, a lemonade, a bagel and a donut. We got the drinks and the bagel and waited. And waited some more. It was busy but I finally stepped up and asked for the donut. The ... staff member pointed to another girl and said “she’ll get it”. I waited for some time and when no one seemed to be getting it I asked again. Finally after much conversation between three staff members we were handed the donut. It was chaos behind the counter, but mostly because of the arguing amongst the staff in their own language. Customers who had gone through the drive through were coming in because their orders were incorrect. Not interested in giving this place a second chance. The staff are nice but they don’t put cream cheese on the bagels. Update: tried this location again and the cream cheese situation was just as poor. When we asked about it they made us another bagel with the same smidge of cream cheese.

Place is ridiculous! Service was not upto standard! However the lady, may be the supervisor was bossing around and insulting co staffs in-front of the customers! Its pathetic! Restroom was unhygienic and both males and females are using one washroom ! Quality of tea and coffee was substandard!
