Customer service must not be a thing anymore. If it's too hard for you to even be polite, then you should rethink your job choice. I'd give the staff 0 stars for "service".

Dropped by for a coffee with my daughter on Friday evening. Coffee was good and the service was excellent as well. The server running the drive thru was friendly and enthusiastic and we appreciated it.

I visited the store Tuesday night and was very happy with the service. I ordered coffee for the night and it was made right, served fresh & hot and most of all, of high quality. Kudos to the team member Amabelle who served me the coffee. It was a fast ... service and I like how friendly and pleasant she was facing the guests.
