Almost always go through drive thru, and service is very quick and the staff are always so friendly. They always keep the area around the drive thru very clean and garbages are rarely ever over flowing. They take pride in the service that they provide and the outside of their ... location in regards to keeping it very clean. Staff are always friendly. I have been to other Tim’s drive thrus and I always return to this location over others because the speed that you are served at this location compared to the other locations that I have been at is incredibly quick and no matter how bad a day the staff are having, I have never been served without a smile and a thank you! The employees or management have no idea how offers on the Tim’s app work. Customer service is terrible. The manager told me that sometimes it takes an offer 24 hours to activate which is completely not true. She was trying to give me an excuse why the offer didn’t work because ... she had no idea. I looked at the receipt, and it applied a different offer than intended. Four of their employees couldn’t figure out that my transaction used a different offer than I expected. Just went to this location 5 mins ago, via drive throug... ordered coffee and chicken bacon ranch wrap, unfortunately i forgot to ask for 2. And I ask the lady if I can have 2 instead of 1 she told me rudely you have to go around and order again, ... and she said it is what it is. We cannot give you 2. Tim Hortons managrment is that the new policy of the restaurant? Please tell the cashier to say it nicely next time. She is very rude. Thanks for the time. Atmosphere and staff had been wonderful everytime we go, but food has been disappointing at worst and subpar at best. Not only are the bagels burnt most of the time that we've ordered, but there's barely any cream cheese and the orders are wrong more than half the time. The ... amount of times we've ordered BLTs and got the wrong order is ridiculous. The hashbrowns are either extremely crispy that it's almost rock hard, or extremely oily. Worst customer service.. Ordered drinks and potatoe wedges. When i placed my order at the speaker i did confirm with the staff if the wedges is fresh.. but after I paid for the order they gave me shifty wedges.. they were expired.. looks like they overcooked the expired wedges and ... staff were arguing its fresh.. The Canadian guy was acting rude and raising his voice saying the baker just gave him the fresh wedges it's totally a big liar.. I felt like shoving the wedges on his face and tell him to go learn how to do customer service.. we customers pay money for your wages so better serve the right stuff dude !!! Read more
