Absolutely horrible, went into have a bite with my father and mother. couldn't even have a proper cut on her sandwich and I didnt get a cut. My mom went back to get both of our sandwiches cut, when she got hers it was badly mangled and finally she got ... one last sandwich and this one was completely smothered with ranch. Went in for a quick bite with my husband and son. Ordered two ham and cheddar sandwiches, and one bagel. Asked for my sandwich to get cut. Was handed back to me in five pieces with everything a mess. Asked nicely to please have it redone. Got it handed back ... soaked in ranch dressing, didn't even resemble a sandwich. During this whole process Sam was being rather rude and condescending, and at this point I just gave up and asked for a refund. I asked for a manager but Sam told me she was the shift supervisor. Place used to be on point and always perfect in the past. Straight trash as of the last while. 4 ice caps in a row just pure water. No "ice" about em at all. Bagels bo longer toasted....typical pathetic fast food joke now adays

Line ups out the door but you are lucky if someone notices the line to start taking orders from the people waiting to be served. Usually you just get dirty looks from staff as you stand in line and it grows bigger. They have two tills but no matter how ... big the line is they only use one. Read more

I love Tim’s. As a Brit I always make for the nearest Tim’s whenever I am in Canada. The donuts and coffee are excellent and the prices are mind blowing for anyone from the UK. (£2 for a bagel and a tea)! However, there has been a change in service standard ... since the last time I was here. Out of the 7 Tim’s I have visited in the last 2 days, (this one included), the staff all prioritised servicing the Drive-Thru over the customers in the building. As a result the service is slow and queues built up inside. In short, if you want Tims, use the Drive-Thru! Read more
