The Tea Place - Edmonton, Alberta

My friends and I stopped into this tea shop today so we could talk about a house we had just viewed in the area. We were in love with The Tea Place! Wonderful and welcoming service that created a great atmosphere. The place was clean and well decorated with game ... boards on a table available to play with! The food and drinks were amazing but most importainly for us, there were vegetarian options that were very easily made vegan, and all at a affordable price. The Tea Place has made the house we viewed high on our list of homes simply because we would love to live in a community with such a great café like this one! Perfect combos for a chilly day! I got the Italian wedding soup, the chicken ranch panini sandwich and a strawberry bubble tea! All perfectly made. Fresh ingredients in sandwich and both nice, hot and fresh! This place is worth a try with their extremely friendly staff and great food!!! 😍

Not big into tea but I've been a fan since they were on 170th. They're closer now which is awesome because I can't think of a better place for bubble tea. Service is excellent, decor nice, and they have delicious sandwiches too. Worth every penny and if you haven't tried ... bubble tea or want to introduce a friend this is the best place to start. My hubby and I got a Groupon here for 2 paninis and soups - turned out to be an excellent choice! The soup was delicious (loaded potato) and the paninis too. Meat is sliced deli-style, so don't expect chicken chunks, but still good quality. Drinks were extra but soooooo worth ... it. I had the watermelon-passion from the bubble tea menu; it was refreshing and fruity but not too sweet. Just perfect! For dessert, I'd recommend the Red Velvet Cake - just melted in my mouth. This place has the best Iced Coffee I've ever had. They also have daily soups and top notch sandwitches. As well, they have a huge selection of cups, teabags, loose tea, teapots, and basically everything else you could possibly want or need to drink tea. I probably go 5 times a ... week whether I need to or not. You should too! Read more
