I drove there on a way to my client’s site. This is a filthy place with rude and incompetent staff. You can see puddles of milk and syrup all over the counter. Explicitly hateful employees purposefully ignore customers’ and their requests for tray or napkins or milk. Further, Starbucks staff do ... not bother calling customers’ name and just leave ordered beverages on a counter so the customers have to look for their orders touching other people’s drinks. Dust bunnies and hair are all over the floor. The worst part was observing the employees preparing bagels with cream cheese. None of them wear gloves. I hate to say it but this is consistently the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Avoid avoid avoid. They are near a clinic I take a friend to every few months, and while I wait for their appointment I'll grab a drink—every single time my drink comes out tasting impressively ... bad. I hadn't tried them for months and figured I'd give them another shot today—horrendous. I didn't have time to wait for them to attempt to remake it—what a waste of money. I order from here all the time as it’s close to my place. Some days it’s good but these last 5 drinks I have ordered were very poorly made. Barely any foam when we pay extra for it and it’s the best part, I am very disappointed and I wish ... it would change because I will drive farther for a better coffee but wouldn’t love too. Ordered four drinks through door dash. The caramel Frappuccino had no caramel or whipped cream, and had no flavor! The white chocolate mocha, had no white chocolate (they put no white chocolate sauce on the sticker) but my order shows it was checked off, espresso or whipped cream which was ... added.
