very bad experience in Christmas time, I went there to have a breakfast with my kids on December 26, 2019 and the lady working there was so rude and disrespectful that even my kids refuse to stay and enjoy their breakfast. All the present in the coffee (not a lot) ... was surprised by her discriminatory and rude way of talking to me. I was very disappointed by the behavior of this young lady who destroyed our day that was supposed to be family day. Great spot for a casual break. Coffee, muffin or light lunch/snack along with comfy seating and time to visit with friends in a not-so-noisy setting. Great staff provide prompt courteous service and keep the place very clean. Thank you Second Cup!

Cafe is a great meeting place. Smiles are tough to get though. Really dislike they're new bathroom buzzer policy.. nothing like sitting down and listening to the door buzz over and over again. Also gluten free biscotti is the main reason we come here, please bring it back.

Definitely our favourite go to coffee shop. Lots of comfy,seating, great staff, the owner is very often present. We actually will travel half way across the city to go to this location. Other close favourites are 167 ave and 57 st. or so and also Fort Saskatchewan.
