Love Second Cup, the two owners are awesome and work the counter, so you know your order drink will be done right.

This location is one of my favorites! The barista takes time to make a friendly conversation with you while she makes your items. The drinks and food are consistently delicious. Love the blue butterfly drinks!!

I love this location of Second Cup! It has a warm and friendly atmosphere! I order very specific drinks made differently than they are usually made ( I am diabetic and still like to drink caramel frappe or corretto, I ask for it 1/4 sweet and they make it right! So I ... can actually drink it!!). I have tried Starbucks and asked for 1/4 sweet, and I don't know what they give me, but it is more than 1/2 sweet and I have to throw it out. Even when I do take it back, it makes no difference! I guess they don't understand how to cut the amount of syrup pumps needed to achieve the order!! There has not been ANYONE at this Second Cup, the baristas or owners that have made ANY mistakes!!! They listen attentively to what I order. I am very impressed that the owners actually work here as well! They get to know their customers, and greet them by name! Of all the Second Cups in the city this one is my favorite!!! Read more

Welcoming, friendly and great customer service. The owner pays attention to detail now I don't even have to tell them my drink they just remember and the owner is such a nice guy.
