Very unpleasant people working here. Actually, I don't buy coffee here anymore. I went for the first time and they seemed very rude to me. Rude service for no reason. I said a loud hello to the lady as I was about to place my order. I got no response/ or acknowledgment. I was sure she heard me but said hello again just as a courtesy- she then responded with ‘hi’ in a way that ... showed that she clearly heard me the first time. Today I went to Second Cap Café for the second time. I ordered a coffee and a brownie, but the brownie was really old. On my first visit, the hot pastry I had was also very old. You pay money to buy out-of-date products, which is dangerous for your health.

I went there to claim for my free drink For joining the rewards loyalty membership, i even showed the staff the email but instead the staff charge me and deducted it on my rewards points?! Those two staff there doesnt even know how to do their job properly. Very dissappointing!

I spent a nice time with friends at 2nd cup cafe / west Edmonton mall where you can enjoy your time between people..
