Very dissapointed in the Cantonese chowmein. 4:1 beensprouts:noodle ratio and overcooked. Disgusting. The entire order was overcooked, but it tasted good. We also didn't know the spring roles weren't vegetarian since the menu didn't specify and we don't care for the meat kind. Probably won't order from here again.

I ordered this food tonight as planned for my son's birthday party. That's the only thing he wanted for his birthday and I ordered through just eat and the restaurant won't answer the phone but it says they are open. So my $100 Is now gone for a few business ... days which makes me angry and now my son's birthday is ruined. Thanks a lot western charm !!! You lost a loyal customer! Read more

Very tasty fresh and filling! This spot is in my top 3 for Chinese food in west Edmonton! it’s not anything fancy the food just taste good like a home cooked meal. Bright open Clean and Friendly staff.

Screwed up my order on skip the dishes they argued and argued that the order I got was correct. I've ordered from these guys so many times and get the same thing every time. They are trying to tell me that their szechuan beef is the same as sweet and ... sour pork. This company doesn't care about making their customers happy. I've spent hundreds at this location over the year. My entire company wont order from you guys again. Wouldn't refund or re-order I got 5 bucks from skip the dishes refunded which is nothing. Ordered from this place last night. Hands down, the worst Chinese food we have ever had. I am a consultant specializing in restaurant start up and turn around and also a Chef. The food, and I use the term loosly, couldn't have been due to just a bad night for ... them. ANY cook that would serve up absolute slop like this should get a new career. Just a bit of free advise, order from ANY other restaurant than this dump, and you will be better off. Absolutely discusting. It is beyond me how a place like this can stay in business.
