Ordered pick up last night. Well unfortunately this was the most bland or un-tasty food we have ordered in some time. Chicken fried rice had almost a propane like taste and only 5 tiny bits of chicken, sweet and sour pork was overcooked with a bland sauce, ... Ginger beef was tasteless and none of us could eat it. I love this place, the food is consistently great, I have never been disappointed at this restaurant whether it's eat-in or take out. The portions are huge, of course. They don’t skimp on ingredients, and the food is always flavourful and tasty. The service is always personal, and the owners are fantastic. The ... atmosphere is typical for a restaurant like this. The thing that really sets this place apart is the food and service. The prices are on a manageable end to keep with portion sizes and quality ingredients now a days. I ordered from here tonight and the ginger beef looked like it was over cooked. It was black instead of the nice golden brown it should be. Also the chow mien was a combination of crispy and soft. Traditional chow mien is soft not crispy. Also when I called to ... complain the owner sat there and argued with me and my boyfriend.
