Ill start by saying the lady on the phone was super pleasant and delivery was amazingly fast and the delivery guy followed instructions well. This was the best part of our experience. The dry ribs were greasy and tasted freezerburnt. The fried rice was soggy though the chicken was good. ... The prawns were moatly improperly cleaned Overall quality is lacking across the board and artificial flavoring is dominant across all of the food. Service is atrocious! Staff huddles by the kitchen, talking in Chinese, and paying no attention to the two sets of customers they had. I had to call the waitress out loud for more water, interrupting their visit. Then when me and my friend requested to split the check, the waitress ... had no idea what we were talking about, although we told her how much each of us will pay(half). We couldn't understand what the waitress was saying. They have no coffee. You know, if you deal with customers, you better have staff that can speak English!! Do NOT order from here. They messed up my order, left my kids hungry. They promised to deliver the missing item later. And never showed up. They then said that they would give me a credit for the next time I ordered from them. You guessed ... it..... they could not find any record of the credit. When I pointed out to them politely, that this was another mistake that they had made, they put the phone down on me. Don't reward these people with your custom. They don't care. Read more

My first impression looking on their website was that they were more costly then any of their competitors. I called at 9.30 on a Monday night and the staff wouldn't place an order for me because they closed in 30minutes. If this is true the hours on their website were ... wrong (it said they were open until 11pm) but either way their business etiquette was horrible. I was really upset with how rude and unhelpful they were and won't be eating their again and it's a shame considering I live 2 minutes down the road. Oh and I was walking past the restaurant the morning after this incident and they have mouse traps outside in the back of their store.... I'm glad I didn't eat there after all. I did however land up eating at Wok Box on 127 Street. By the time I decided to eat their it was 9:50 and Wok Box also closed at 10. I called to place an order for pick up and they had no problem serving me and were very friendly and helping even suggesting things. Oh and their prices were half that of Lee Garden and the food was very good. Read more
