Best noodle house in Edmonton! There was zero wait, we ordered, got our water, settled in and just started to talk and the food was coming out. I had the #20 so flavourful and I was left feeling full my partner had #18, I got to try it and usually ... would not like it but I loved it. Being indigenous and having an insane fascination with macaroni, I had to order #10 for a side dish. There was zero room for anything else. The portions were more than fair. Amazing Chinese noodle house, you MUST try the Bacon Wrapped shrimp skewers, I have no idea what seasoning they use here but I am absolutely hooked! Would recommend AT THE VERY LEAST once! This is the best place to get authentic Chinese rice noodle in Edmonton, arguably in Alberta. I came to Edmonton to visit a friend from Calgary, and this place definitely surprised us with its flavour. Unlike those “noodle in broth, ingredients in a hundred of plates” style, this place cooks ... them in traditional ways. The noodles we ordered were so rich in flavour, and they are way better than those in Calgary. Service was great too. Very authentic Guilin rice noodle, I like the pork hock noodle better than the Lao You noodle, which is a little too sour because of the pickled bamboo shoots. Drinks are very good too, reminds me of the ones you often see at Hongkong diners. Also, their homemade chilli oil ... is the bomb, definitely elevated the noodle! Read more
