Arrived 30 minutes before dinner time (which is at 3pm) and we got leftovers. They didn't bother to top up the dishes. Most of the food was half cooked, especially the chicken balls. Arrived about 45 minutes to closing. Staff was friendly and seated us and reminded us of our time limit. For 3 people with only water to drink the buffet costed around 120 bucks. My family celebrated my parents anniversary here as it had a variety of food to choose from. The buffet was $26.99 (adults) per person (kids $17.99 and seniors $24.99). I found the area that we sat at was not cleaned that well. We moved a few tables together and ... found food under the table and on the chairs. It was underwhelming, I found the service slow our drinks were not filled as quickly as we would have liked it. The food was ok. When items were empty it was not replenished quick enough and also felt that some of the food were sitting for awhile so it was hard. The chocolate fountain station could have been setup better where the fruits are not infront of the fountain as I observed people not tall enough had to lean more towards the stream of chocolate and ended up ontop of the fruits and clothing or body parts would land ontop of the fruits and was very unappetizing to see. The taco station was practically empty. Ice cream station was the highlight, smooth self service soft ice cream with plenty of toppings. The carvery section with the ham, sausage station was never manned so the meat sat there under a heat lamp nit cut. We looked for someone to cut a a piece but no one to be found. Such an amazing place. I was suprised by the amazing variety of food you can get almost every type of food from Chinese to breakfast to your basic restaurant foods. Food was hot and had tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend trying the meatballs and the sweet chicken. The service ... is decent and there's a chocolate fountain.
