The service staff at this hotel work very hard to ensure a quality stay. We had a great stay and enjoyed Edmonton. Our dogs were welcomed and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location is close to many walkable restaurant options. We were happy to leave Calgary and ... have warm water pressure. The gym was functional, my only complaint is that I wish there was a washroom on the gym floor. I felt very safe in the area and there is a dog park 6 mins away. We would be happy to return. Excellent location for everything downtown. The beds are extremely comfortable. Room was clean with no issues. Keycard lock to use the elevator is appreciated and should be used at all hotels. The restaurant has a good menu. But the best thing is probably the breakfast, there is everything you could ... imagine here, not just the "full spread" you are used to. I have to recommend this place on breakfast alone especially for anyone with dietary issues, will have no problem finding a delicious breakfast. Checked into hotel and the process was fine, nothing outstanding. When I checked in there were some cleanliness issues that were of great concern to me. Joann, the Front Office Manager Connected with me upon checkout and expressed her apologies, she went out of her way to make the ... proper recovery that addressed my concerns. That is the most important thing tor a hotel when there is a problem, to be able to address the recovery appropriately. I shared improvement recommendations for the bathroom and it seemed they took note and will definitely address for future guests. Read more
