Best kitchen nightmare simulation in town, the only thing missing is Ramsay screaming profanities. The server appears to have difficulties with English, is unfriendly in general and probably hates her job. My table was not cleaned when I sat down. The food is slow to come out and when it did it’s disappointing ... at best. My $17 chicken mushroom penny looks unappetizing, tastes bland with Walmart grade shredded cheese added on top like an afterthought. I guess it’s smart that there is a bar in the restaurant because you have to be really drunk to enjoy the meal. Oh yeah, the storefront looks good, so 2 stars. Read more

Sept. 30/19 approx. 5:30 pm I ordered honey & garlic wings. A little while later when I was eating them I thought they tasted pretty spicy. I asked the male waiter if he could check and see if I got a wrong order. The waiter didn't let ... me know. I think I should get a free order of wings when I come to the airport next time. What an absolute disappointment. We waited 10 min until we were even noticed. Only 5 other people in the whole restaurant. There were TWO people working and they couldn't be bothered. In the end the food was overpriced and not very tasty. I know there not a lot of options ... for food if you're not going through security at the airport, but do yourself a favor and don't even consider this place. Read more

While waiting to leave to fly back to Ont! we had our last breakfast with our son, who lives now in AB! Great young lady, Marcia was our excellent server! the food was great, the service superb! Thank-you when travelling that is so appreciated! July 11/15

I stopped in for breakfast with my family. I asked if they served breakfast, which they said they did, but only omelettes and scrambled eggs. Apperently this is because while they used to be connected to the Jasper Bar & Grill on the other side (after security check), they are no ... longer. This means they lost the use of the grill, and all food is cooked in an oven or microwave. The food (two different types of omelettes between the four of us) was poor. The eggs came out a bit rubbery and fairly tasteless. The potatoes were cooked well enough. The toast was poor. I imagine the previously mentioned microwave was used for the omelettes. The service was mediocre. There was nothing bad about it, nor anything outstandingly wonderful. The one thing I can say is that she was honest about the capabilities of the kitchen. The price was far too expensive for what you get. Being an airport I expect a markup on food, but $10.99 for what one could get for about $7.99 in town was steep considering the poor quality of food. I would not recommend this restaurant unless they get themselves a grill. Which...is part of their name. Microwaved, overpriced food. Tim Hortons downstairs would have been a more economical and likely more satisfying option. Read more
