I ordered the steak with smashed potatos, the steak was dry and overcooked the potatos were not mashed and had no flavor. The ceaser salad was not good. There was maybe 10 tables with 3 waitresses 2 cooks and the food still took forever including a carrot cake that I ... thought they must have been baking since the wait was so long. The carrot cake was actually very good. All this to say I am pregnant I was very hungry and the food was still terrible. 2 waitresses served me so i don't even know who my waitress was. Hidden gem! Pizza is light and airie! Mussel and shrimp are cooked perfectly. Truffle fries mmmmm. Pesto was cooked perfectly and not oily. Monday to Wednesday is all day happy hour. Had a second date supper there Saturday evening and am glad the other place we wanted to go was full, it was great! There is plenty of space between tables which I really appreciate and we got lucky getting a corner booth near the back that gave a view of the ... entire place and still felt private. Our server Kyle was amazing, just so on the ball, great waiter. Created an iced coffee for me with what he has on hand and it turned out amazingly delicious, I will be buying vanilla oat milk! The appetizers we had were the aranccini (oh em jee YUM!!), the lamb popsicles (holy eff delicious!!) And the calamari (not a nice presentation and sadly too salty and were removed from the bill which was nice). We then moved onto the braised beef pizza to share which was quite tasty (the cheeses in every dish were quality!) although I found the beef a bit dry. The carrot cake for dessert was quite tasty although it was a bit different having a sort of tangy lemony zest in the icing that was a little strange but still enjoyable. All in all a great experience and honestly for me the service in a restaurant is AS important as the food so we will return for sure thanks to Kyle! staff: always friendly and hard working. service: very efficient and friendly. We were there for a large group function and they accommodated our group! establishment: beautiful cozy space. Nice big windows for natural light during the day. Near river valley. Plenty of parking options. food: always delicious! Great portions!

Food was AMAZING! Highly recommend this place and we will be coming back for sure! We had the Caesar Salad, Lobster Fettuccine, and the Carrot Cake - we split 1 order of each between two people and it was more than enough food.
