Very comfortable experience and zero pressure to buy anything. I found the staff very pleasant and very knowledgeable about their products. I wound up returning to purchase a Nespresso to replace my Keurig machine

First time in the shop, was a queue going out the store. Female sales person was in the back for 10minutes before we knew there was a second rep. She was almost annoyed to be there at 11am on a weekday. The manager apologized for being short staffed. After ... browsing the catalogue for a bit we left after hearing the way she was talking to other customers. If Nespresso wants to offer something not found online, superior customer service seems like the obvious place of focus. Read more

Most times we’ve been there we have been helped by a tall guy with tattoos that is super friendly and lovely. This time we were “helped” by a girl with brown hair that was incredibly rude, she also messed up our order. I seemed to know more about the coffee ... than she did to which she told me I was wrong. We were looking for a coffee machine for a few weeks in different places, but this was the perfect spot to buy it. First of all the place is awesome and creates an amazing atmosphere, they have a bar we here you can taste the products you are interested in, ... then the attention was amazingly kind and nice, the girl, unfortunately I didn’t ask her name, solved all our questions and made terrific recommendations, she did an incredible job. Finally, the sale process was fast, despite all our questions, she help us to set our account and even gave us a present for being patient. Undoubtedly we will come back for more products. Read more

This is a really great looking store, with all the copies imaginable for the Nespresso system. The only thing I don't like and the reason for the four out of five stars, is the fact that you have to wait in line to purchase your pods.. what a "click" ... system. The staff member I dealt with was very educated in their coffee selections, and able to explain each. Read more
