First time here in many years. Wasn't busy but steady with people coming in and out. Order was quick and the food was really good, hot and fresh. Definitely will be going back.

The app charged me 4 times even though the app said payment failed. I had just used the app ten minutes earlier, then gave my meal to a homeless man, so I know the payment type was valid. The restaurant said they didn't receive the order. I asked if they ... could take payment in store but honour the price on the app and they refused. Even after I showed them that I paid many times. I left very frustrated and hungry. I went to another store. I called corporate and they were not helpful. Frist fast food place that used reusable glasses, way to go. Burgers were good and staff friendly. This is a fast food place and not fine dinning, it was as expected and a little more.

Last time I was here I was in a hurry, so I went through the drive thru. They did not tell me at the order board that I was going to have to wait 10 minutes for them to make my order. I ended up being late for my ... meeting because of this. This time I went through the drive through as well. Their cord for the debit machine was too short for me to be able to bring the debit machine close enough for me to be able to see the amount that they were charging me. They expected me to reach out with my hand and tap their debit machine blindly, not being able to see the amount that they were charging me. I have told them in the past that their cord is too short, that they need to install a longer cord. But they don’t care about the security of your transaction. They just want you to pay blindly. My GF and I decided to visit this location for lunch dine in. ordered 2 whopper meals. Requested that we were given 2 disposable drink cups so we may take with us when we leave. They were adamant that dinning in was to use the plastic cups that have been ... used hundreds of times over by other customers. after arguing with them they gave is 2 takeout cups WITHOUT straws and lids and took our tray away from us as well with a look of disgust. When asked why the took our tray away the said this is now a takeout. Do they forget who the customer actually is ?? Absolutely no customer service what so ever along with the worst level of ignorance i have experienced in sometime at a fast food restaurant. I would strongly recommend staying away from this location if you want to be treated like a door mat and not a paying customer that supports their business. DISGUSTING!!! Read more
