We are regulars at the bar for birthdays, special occasions, and of course hockey games. Our regular waitress Ashley who is absolutely phenomenal is off for her birthday Her replacement tonight has been an absolute machine!!! This place is hopping to say the least. She has been very ... attentive and very quick with drinks and food. I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years and can understand and relate when it gets busy and overwhelming. I started going to Brado's during the summer when I hooked up with a couple of other motorcyclists. Tuesdays, after our ride, we went for wings. We continued even when the biking season ended. We went on Monday for their customer appreciation event (Dec). Up to this point, I had ... only eaten their wings. I had the opportunity to try their appetizers and pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't expected their pizzas to be as good as they were. I like the bottom of my pizzas to be crisp and the toppings plentiful, I wasn't disappointed. The dry ribs were great to! Brado's is a great neighborhood pub, reasonably priced and the staff, especially our server Armine and bar tender, Trish who are very nice and professional. I used to drink here sometimes and throw hot dimes at a crackhead outside when i'd smoke. She always picked em up. Fast forward 5 years later and that crackhead is a hot dime that i married. Life sure is strange sometimes. We live in a car but we love each ... other deeply and nightly. Anyways, this place smells. Still lots of beggars outside and junkies inside and out. Service is so-so but the pizza is good. My wife and i did have our first date here and had a pepperoni pizza in a booth. It was great. 2 guys got in a fight that night. The waitress started throwing ashtrays that were apparently stacked under the bar. Nobody was kicked out. So the banter kept going. We LOVED it. Great place to stop in to for a cold beer delicious food and friendly people. The menu is pretty well stocked with sandwiches and mains, try the steak sandwich special before 4 everyday. On top of all that there's a good variety of appetizers, for me tho I was ... most pumped for their delicious pizza menu. Will definately return to try more of the menu. Read more
