Bubble tea was fine, but they aren't open during their advertised hours. 12-8pm, but I've gone multiple times around 2pm, and there's no one to be found and the doors locked. Edit: 3 months later and still not open during business hours. Seems like a drug front.

I rarely post up reviews of a business, but this one has me very concerned and should be inspected by a food service audit. This by far is the worst place I've ever come across, i feel bad because the interior and the lady we dealt with seemed fine, but ... the bubble tea we ordered tasted like old almost bad real fruit, i also had a Vietnamese sub that was probably the worst thing I've ever tried to eat, the bread was so stale it literally was crumbling apart, the meats, sauce, and vegetables all tasted sour and outdated. I took one bite and knew right away i wasn't finishing. I had gone to the bathroom to spit it out to find an incredible amount of fruit flies swarming the bathroom interior. I got out of there asap, i highly do not suggest giving your business to this place. Edit in response to owner reply: I don't think i'll be giving things a second chance after that experience, also i can't deny what i saw in the bathroom, one persons definition of clean can definitely vary, but when i said a swarm of fruit flies i literally meant it, from the sink drain to the edges of the mirror and ceiling, it was disgusting. Great bubble tea :) Also, the girl who was working was so incredibly helpful (and thoughtful). Just as I was leaving the store I dropped my bubble tea :( Before I could even really say anything she offered to make me a new one free of charge. I had the best customer service in a while from a young girl Stephanie. I tried the Strawberry Sunrise bubble tea, which was amazing (with lots of pearls)! Their sandwiches are also fresh and delicious. They have plenty of tables and board games with a pool table and free Wi-Fi ... with plenty of space for students to study.
