Not too busy, and quite close to the university. There's an interesting selection for bubble tea as well. The only thing is that it can be a bit difficult to find for the first time, since it is up on the second floor.
Great atmosphere, food was unreal, our server was very kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
