The tea was good, got the signature milk tea at regular sweetness. Unfortunately since I sent the at 10:30pm they ran out of tapioca so I substituted with grass jelly. Also ordered the ddeokbokki, for the price I was hoping for more but it was good, nice spice to it. I rate my bubble tea places by their milk tea (with 50% sweetness). The milk tea here is okay. I have tried the signature and original. It is not the worst milk tea I have had. When you drink it, there is not a lingering taste in your mouth and ... you don't get "milk tea breath". The original is very very bland, not sweet (even though I asked for 50% sweetness) and didn't really have much taste. Although the signature one is sweeter and isn't as bad as the original. The price is the basic bubbletea price compared to dream tea and coco's but there are cheaper and better places in my opinion. The boba/sago/tapioca pearls were just blanched and is not sweet like how they should be. There was also not enough boba/sago/tapioca pearls to the ratio of liquid in the serving. The service here is very F.O.B. and the server I got had struggles understanding my order. The server also had struggles helping me and asking if I wanted sago/boba/tapioca pearls and/or other toppings. Although the server did try very hard to make the service as well as it can be and ask if everything is alright and so forth. The aesthetics of entire store is very well done. Very cute! I enjoy how they designed everything and the logo. I have attempted going to this place 2-3 times when it is presumably open and on the forth time they were finally open. The time schedule at this place is EXTREMELY inconsistent. Even though they say they open at ___ time, they are not there. I have waited outside in the cold for 30 minutes after the "opening" time thinking they would come anytime to open it so i can get some boba but they never came. Even today, I knew they "opened" at 3pm but I assumed the were late ( because of the last three times I've attempted going )and I dropped by at 3:45pm and there was a sign that said "SORRY NOT OPEN UNTIL 4PM". The schedule is too inconsistent for my liking. Purple bubble is a decent place but I personally would not go back unless I had to. Decent bubble tea. Some of their desserts looks not bad. They had Uno to play while I was there

Fun little place. Seems to be mostly for international students, but we had fun there too. The bubble tea was not as thick and sweet as I'm used to-- more like actual tea in cold milk-- so don't expect a full sugar rush. Menu was intriging, various modern Korean (I'm ... guessing) snacks, I'd like to go back and try more. Staff was super-friendly and brought us a new snow-based dessert to try for free-- again, it was less sweet than you might expect, but we liked it. Fun, unique place. Read more

Very expensive and the bbt was not very good. Although the server was very apologetic, they did not have a lot of things on the menu available and so I had to change my order several times. At the end, they didn't clean up our empty food dishes and were ... unable to bring us a bill or even split it. Read more
