Long wait for such a short line, ordered 3 drinks. Halfway through making our order they ran out of pearls and said it would be a 20min wait, so I just switched all our drinks to coconut jelly. Got our drinks and asked if I could get a bag to ... carry the 3 drinks, said that they would have to charge 15c for the bag (why didn't they ask when taking my order), grabbed the drinks and went to the car, tried my drink as I drove away, wasn't even blended properly and had massive chunks of ice in it. Update - After reaching out to the management, they investigated the issues and compensated us for the drinks that were made inaccurate. Great customer service on the management part! We have been customer for a very long time and it seems the quality of drink is really getting worse now. Since ... Co Co changed the plastic cup to paper cup, I noted the amount of tapioca is significantly less than before even when I pay for extra tapioca. As we can no longer see the content inside, I feel we only get half as what we typically get before. Today the service is even to another level, all 3 drinks ordered were make wrong. I got my daughter’s drink with the toppings I paid, while she got my drink with the topping she ordered. And another panda drink has no tapioca at all. I am glad we have more choices of pearl tea in the city now so we can find another store that offers better quality of drink. Read more

Do NOT walk in! Waited 40mins for a Drink! If you guys prioritize Online orders, then just don't open the walk-in option. Imagine if you go to Tim's or Starbucks order a drink and wait 40 minutes. No explanation no refund, this is a bubble tea place, not a steakhouse, even for a ... steakhouse 40 minutes is too long. Don't go to this location, they just can't handle the traffic they have. Drink is good, employees are working hard, I don't blame them. Management needs improvement. Read more

This place was busy but it was quick. Decent bubble tea.

There are many options to choose from and they are all usually pretty good. I often come back for the mango green tea. This location has a lot of seating and many crane game machines. Very cute place to sit down and have a sweet drink after a meal.
