my friend recommended this place, looking from outside I was not so impressed but very nice atmosphere inside and at the patio. food was very good and the cakes were awesome!

Terrible experience. We’ve eaten at this restaurant for years and it will be a long, long time before we come back. What an embarrassment for us because we took friends who had never been here before. Last night was the worst experience we’ve ever had in all the years of going ... there. The food is good, which was the saving grace. Service was terrible and the service people were not organized or attentive to our table. The restaurant was not full, just moderately occupied with guests but there was a large group in the back and the staff focused on their needs. We had to constantly flag down our waiter for service. Other waiters would fly past us with water and not even look our way to ask us if we needed anything. They did not work as a team. The our waiter was assigned to the “large table “ and us, and a couple more tables and he was in a flurry and flustered. Kept apologizing but didn’t ask the other waiter to help. We’re not demanding guests but if we are paying good money for a meal we do expect good service. The parking for the restaurant is managed by the city and you are not allowed to park over 2 hours at the site, so because of poor service, waiting for food and then waiting for the bill, it took so long we were forced to be there over two hours and subjected to parking tickets. We went here for a colleague's birthday. Excellent service and atmosphere is quite good. I would say the food was good because everyone's food looked good. I ordered the bison burger and it was horrible, well at least to me. JUST BLAND! Another downside was parking, had to pay for ... parking, though I didn't know that before going. I would return here again but unfortunately, I paying for parking when I go to restaurant is a deal breaker, so will not come back. Read more

The best food, service, atmosphere! I just love Upper Crust. If you haven't tried it you have to go! Great homemade food and the desserts are awesome. They also have catering.

Amazing place! Almost fine dining at a very cheap price. They had a really amazing menu that was suitable for I think almost pretty much every single diet. I ended up having their crab cake salad. While it wasn't as filling as I had hoped it was a very decent ... portion. And the crab cakes actually had decent portions of crab where you taste the meat.
