We had gone there for their buffet. I was totally disappointed as most of the food was really stale. It did not taste like it was fresh at all. Very dissappointing after paying over &30.00 for their buffet. I was very unsatisfied. We recently ordered take out from them and have ... never been disappointed until today. Paid over $85.00 for takeout when we realized they gave us a double order of deep fried shrimp we did not order. Lesson learned!! We had a family birthday celebration at Smilie’s and the service was INCREDIBLE!! They were well prepared for our group and flexible when more guests arrived. The food was scrumptious and our server was so attentive. Buffets are excellent for pleasing all guests and the desserts were a big hit. ... Would recommend Smilie’s for any gatherings!!! Read more

Food was certainly not up to the usual standards. A customer came in around 7:45, not knowing the closing time. The waitress with the blond hair told him they closed in 15 minutes, but that he could still eat, if he wanted something fresh made, they can. Then she walked ... away saying, we really don't want to, haha just kidding she said. The customer left, probably feeling you really didn't want his business. Times are tough, every one is fighting for the business. With comments like that your not likely going to get it. I'm sure all customers heard her comments. Read more

My family had the worst experience at this restaurant. The food tasted dry like it had sat there for hrs. We couldn’t eat anything. On top of that my daughter got the wonton soup and there was a massive black hair in it. We let the server know and she ... snapped back at me saying that could have been anyone. I wasn’t blaming her just wanted to let her know. How ever we couldn’t stomach anymore food after that. No one seemed concerned with the fact the food was inedible and we had to pay almost $120 for food we couldn’t eat, we left and had to pay to get food somewhere else. I didn’t want to make a scene about paying for eating nothing has getting spoken to rudely so I just paid and we left. Don’t waste you time or your money on garbage. Sorry for the bad review... The food wasn't the best. It was an all you can eat buffet. 65-70% of the food looked like it was just sitting there for hours. We got there at 6pm on a Saturday night and there were barely any people in there. I saw ... maybe 9-12 people there altogether. I do feel sorry for this restaurant, maybe it was just a slow night. The waitress wasn't the friendliest and made us feel like they were kicking us out. She didn't acknowledge one of the people who were with us, she just completely ignored her. However she did take a picture when we asked her to. Google says they close at 9 but the staff that works there said they close at 8 and haven't closed at 9 for three years. Well then change your hours on Google!!! Kinda misleading. We had people from out of town we haven't seen in years and had to cut it short. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. Read more
