The general staff who work here are fantastic, but honestly, the company practices are abysmal. Forcing staff to take their only break after two hours of work instead of halfway through their shift like normal, as well as management expecting you to be able to do perfectly at your job ... after only just finishing training, it's a complete joke. Seems like people using through the drive get top priority. This is understandable. However it should not take 5 minutes to get noticed when I'm the only one in the restaurant.

For starters, every table was dirty. I stood at the counter waiting for service, which never came. The lady was even at the till the whole time, pushing buttons. She didn't bother to acknowledge my presence whatsoever. Neither did the manager, who was also right there. After she stopped pushing ... buttons, I thought she would take my order, but then she pulled out her phone n just scrolled for awhile. I wound up just walking out. I come here sometimes after night shift around 3am and the drive thru cashier is the sweetest gal ever. She makes the experience great everytime.

Don't go to this locations drive through. They rush people through the drive through just to park them in the parking lot, waiting for their food. I only order simple menu items, only for them to hand me my drink and ask me to park in the reserved spots. Yesterday there was nobody ... behind me and they did this until there were 3 vehicles parked before serving all 3. That process is supposed to be used for large orders, complex orders, or in unexpected situations such as running out of an item. There are a number of other options in the area. Wendy's, Dairy Queen, and Carl's Jr. are just south. There's another McDonalds south of the Whitemud. Other options in and around Bonnie Doon mall.
