McDonald’s (Westgate 170 St/90 Ave) 24Hours - Edmonton, Alberta

We just want to eat and enjoy our day! But this lady staff wearing supervisor evening shift does not know how to approach people or no manners at all. Hope you train her how to use please and thank you. Very bad behaviour.

This place is really hit and miss but mostly miss!! Today, for the second time in two weeks, I drove away with my order being incorrect. How GD difficult is it to not put liquid sugar in something!? Grrrr!!! The person who took my order typed it in ... correctly as the sticker says "no liquid sugar". Either the people making the coffee cannot read or are too busy to read the label. The result is the same: disgruntled customers. This McDonald's is easy and convenient but with another a few blocks away, it isn't worth the hassle of trying to get a GD fricking cup of GD fricking coffee!! Grrrr! This Mac store is one of the worst in the city. Look at the pic I shared, the fries are so overcooked, looking brown but should be yellow, it's actually every time when I order the food they are always greasy, overclocked(chicken/beef sausage), looks like they don't change oil in the ... kitchen. The restroom is always dirty, stinky, many homeless individuals visiting it and crash all over inside. I do not Recommend this store. Avoid it. Read more

I’m leaving a bad rating (1-star) for the service, BECAUSE, there is no refills for the soft drinks + no ketchup refill which is terrible and most of the McDonald’s restaurants have this option. The restrooms were closed, the manager just said that we have no water and we don’t ... know when the plumber is gonna be, obviously, I had to eat with my dirty hands after I came from work.. This happened awhile ago, I am very disappointed of my food because I don’t taste anything but burnt.. I feel like someone did it on purpose because not just one are burnt but all of them. I wanted to get my refund because I’m not satisfied. It feels like the ... money I just spent goes to trash right away.
