The service was average but when I asked for more ketchup at the drive thru they proceeded to only give one packet to me. The fries were also COLD AND SOGGY in which I told them about it and got new fries.
Ordered the new chicken wrap because the picture looked so good stuffed with lots a vegetable, cucumbers, tomatoes…. I got it and it was soggy shedded lettuce , soggy chicken , nothing else! 🤢and my Diet Coke only had 3/4 filled. 😐
Drive through - specifically asked for a McDouble NO KETCHUP. Confirmed NO KETCHUP at the payment window. Again asked the attendant at the pick up window NO KETCHUP. McDonald's is always good for something quick. Tuffito loves the 🥓 N 🥚 Mcmuffins. A person just needs to be very careful about what they order. It's fast food with a lot of fat in it, a lot of sugar, and who knows what else? Honestly, their new points program ... and app are too confusing, I have no clue how to use it. None of the employees I have talked to know how to use it or make it work. I ❤️ the fact there are coupons and discounts in it. But, how do you use them? Nice of McDonald's to advertise coupons that you can not access... Uhmmm, I do not understand or get it. Most places will still honour the discount, but I have yet to be offered this at a McDonald's. I have to rate this location one star because I wasn’t even allowed or served any food. I went to this location the night prior at 3:50 and was served no issues at all five star but tonight I went to go get my dinner around 330 and the lady ... inside told me that they stopped serving at 3:30 for 30 minutes, this is a blatant lie. I feel disrespected and feel like some sort of disciplinary action should be done to the employee as I had to take my business elsewhere and was served at the McDonald’s in Summerside around 340.
