McDonald’s 24Hours - Edmonton, Alberta

I bought large fries for a first time from this restaurant, but fries were cold and crunchy and little bit burnt and extra salty. It was not good experience.

HORRIBLE. I’ve been there multiple times in hopes they improve but they don’t. Yesterday I went with my family we only got about 5 food items. We waited 20 minutes with only me and 1 other person waiting. They took our order off the screen without telling us and when I ... asked they said “we thought someone came and talked to you” I’ve never had that happen in a McDonald’s? This is fast food not a restaurant. This morning not even 10 minutes ago I left this location since it was nearest to me and I ordered a fruitopia strawberry as my drink. The drink is indeed red however I’m drinking water? I didn’t order that. This McDonald’s is a huge let down, supposed to be quiet and fast but could care less how fast it goes. Came for a snack. Asked for a nuggets and a drink. Asked if I wanted a meal. No thank you, just the nuggets and drink. Get to the window, no drink. Handed my food. No hello, no smile. I asked where my drink was, she was confused. I asked for a refund. The ... manager comes over, asks the problem. I tell him,i want a refund. He offers a free drink. No thanks, my money back. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at McDonald's recently. Not only did they forget to ask for a simple 15 cent bag, but they also managed to overlook something as basic as pickles on my burger. On top of that, they completely forgot to include my drink altogether, and when ... they finally did remember, they gave me a size up without even asking. It's frustrating to pay for a meal and receive such careless service. And this isnt the first time ive went to this McDonald's and had something go wrong like forgetting a whole combo and having to wait and pay again when we ordered it and it was up on the board but they took it off, seriously feels like they're targeting us needs to seriously improve their attention to detail and customer service standards, if you wanna charge for bags you should be asking it shouldn't be up to us to have to ask for a bag, I really wanted to like this McDonald's because it's close to home but I recommend just going the extra drive to get satisfaction without dealing with people who can barley speak English let alone comprehend it Read more
