This location struggles with damage to their property from homeless. The bathrooms are always disgusting. Garbage and drug paraphernalia are frequently found lying on the ground outside. It's mcdonalds it's good. But, this place closed it's doors early after I ordered a meal and wasted my time. Very unprofessional. Even spent money getting their!

I gotta say service for fast food has really gone downhill over the years . Remember when 2 or 3 buses would load in and all be served no problems . Now we can even function fast enough with the technology or something. Two people in line and they are very busy ....they ... say when something is forgotten. I use the drive-thru most times. This location is the best layout I've ever experienced. And I also love that they offer the option of no bag! They have streamlined that drive-thru so well! I wish our McDonald's back in BC were set up like this one. Kudos!

I stopped in on my way home for coffee but I ordered breakfast. I wasn't greeted I was standing there for 7 minutes before I was helped and 6am isn't that busy here 3 other's there. No line but they see me waiting to make a order but they stayed ... in the back chatting. The music was so loud that I had to raise my voice so they could get my order. The worst part the bathroom. Like what do the employees do at night party and play with their phone's? Like 7am and restaurant has only been opened 1 hour and I was 4th customer within that hour and the mens washroom looked like 50 people have been through there already. It's sad that the staff can't clean during the late night shift. Sitting area is closed just drive-thru open. So 10pm-6am not one staff cleaned the mens bathroom. Don't know about the lady's but I'm guessing it would be the same as men's. Table where you sit to eat was the cleanest in that restaurant.. ya I don't stop in as much. Staff needs staffing.. .
